It is time to get healthy and fit

Lauren and I are working very hard to get healthy. Lauren is making a commitment to compete in the Triathlon at LSL this year the first weekend in September. She is already in training at the HIT Center in St. Peters behind the RecPlex. She is needing sponsors to help with the training. I will start adding pictures and would like any one that is willing to sponsor to contact me.

We are also, working on the Junior National Disability Competition's will be held in the St Peters area this July and Regional Mtg held here in May. We can use as much help, both physical and financial as possible.

I have not been back her for such a long time

I need to get back to posting notes and pictures. I had a problem with my scanner and have now replaced it so I can put more info on this site. I don't know if anyone is even looking at this anymore. Let me know if there is any interest?
